We've never used AI. Where do we start?

Usually with an AI Kickstart for the team, or an audit if you want a plan first. Book a free call and we'll tell you which fits.

Claude or ChatGPT: which should we use?

It depends on your work and the tools you already pay for. We teach both, and the audit or a free call will tell you which fits each job. Some teams use both.

Online or in person?

Both. Shorter workshops work well online. The Team Intensive works best on-site at your office. AI Kickstart Live is always online.

How do I join the online workshop?

Fill in the form in the online workshop section. We'll email you the date, the joining link and payment details. You need a laptop and a Claude or ChatGPT account. The free plan is enough to start.

Is our data safe?

We help you choose business plans of Claude and ChatGPT that don't train on your data, and set up the workspace settings. We also write a short AI usage policy with you that covers what can go into AI tools, what can't, and who checks the output. It's written with the Australian Privacy Principles in mind.

Do you build custom software or automations?

No. We focus on Claude and ChatGPT. Inside those tools we set up Projects and workflows for your team, and we train people to use them well.
